“I advise clients on divorce and in particular the financial consequences following the breakdown of a relationship. I am alive to sensitive issues following a separation. These issues may not only focus on the financial consequences but also the arrangements for children of the family. I offer focused and practical advice. I recognise how much people have at stake and try and reduce the stress for a client whenever I can. I draw on my experiences from other case to help my client through what may be one of the most difficult times of their lives.
It is often a client’s preference to reach an amicable outcome outside of court but if required to issue an application or respond to one on behalf of my client then you can rely upon me as a strong negotiator and advocate in court. I conduct the majority of my own advocacy to provide consistency for my clients.
Lots of my work comes from local recommendations and many of my clients are farmers, professionals or skilled workers with pensions and property portfolios. I work with other experts such as accountants to get my clients the best possible outcome.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling and spending time with my husband, two children, family and friends.”
