Karen Agnew-Griffith

Karen is a divorce and family lawyer with Woolley & Co, based in Norfolk, but she acts for clients across the UK, including Suffolk, Hertfordshire and London, and worldwide. Her extensive expertise includes helping clients with separation, divorce, cohabitation problems and cases involving children such as contact, residence and child abduction.

Karen is named as a Leading Individual for family law in East Anglia in Legal 500 2020, with clients noting her “no nonsense” approach to explaining ‘everything very clearly indeed and without any waffle you get from many others.’

Having served in the RAF, she can particularly help clients from the armed forces, wherever they may be.

In addition to my legal expertise, I have knowledge of pensions and business-related issues, in particular how they affect the financial aspects of divorce and separation. This has been and continues to be of great use to my clients. Of course, as well as separation, I help couples embarking on the positive side of cohabitation. This includes helping heterosexual and same sex couples deal with the legalities of preparing to live together.

Outside work I enjoy spending time with my daughter, riding my horse and walking my dogs.”
